We have an opportunity for a full time customer service oriented individual to provide scheduling and coordination of home services, order entry and invoicing, and data entry. Join our fast paced friendly team in the residential electrical, HVAC, and plumbing industry.
Job Duties to include:
Answering and placing phone calls for coordinating and scheduling appointments using software based solutions.
Assisting customers with their home service needs, understanding and responding to those needs.
Entering and managing customer account information and maintaining and updating customer files and data.
Preparing and processing customer invoices and receiving and processing payments.
Prior customer service, administrative, and/or accounts receivable experience preferred.
