Veritas Collaborative is seeking a full time, temp to perm Administrative Assistant- Healthcare for our Durham, NC location.
The Administrative Assistant will support Chief and Corporate Senior Management Executives. Works together with a strong team mentality and cohesiveness to ensure achievement of Administrative and Executive Team goals. Administrative Assistant will anticipate Executive Team needs, ensure efficient management of their calendars & protect time as appropriate. Helps with organizing, scheduling and managing logistics for all board and investor meetings. Schedules meetings, takes meeting minutes, organizes calendars, and manages conference room schedules as assigned. Liaises with visitors, investors, vendors and candidates as required for Executive Team support. Administrative Assistant will interface and navigate meeting technologies including company conference calls for Executive Team members ex: Go To Meeting, Outlook Calendars, and setting up projection and presentations with various types of equipment. Makes travel arrangements including airfare, hotel and transportation. Creates, compiles and edits PowerPoint presentations. Ensures proper document management for Executive Team members. Processes expense reports. Provides excellent customer service. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for project management as assigned by senior leadership.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associates Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Prefer at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting Executive Management at C Suite and Board Level.
Must have at least 2 years of advanced skills working and being proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Collaborates in a positive and effective manor with other Executive Admins by sharing in all Executive Admin responsibilities and assignments of the Executive Team.
Must have high professionalism and ethical standards.
Must maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Maintains professional demeanor at all times.
Superior customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in high stress situations.
Personable, reliable, flexible, quick thinking, solution oriented, and self-starter.
High degree of self-motivation and ability to multitask.
