The Operations Launch Validation Services team charter is to:
Launch Complex projects with Quality - Create and Manage Plans in order to validate if operational goals of the project are met
Manage Testing Execution - Execute on scripts to validate success criteria through a cost-optimized model
Build Quality & Testing Tools and Frameworks - Standardize, automate, and scale processes and promote an acceptance test driven development culture
Quality Initiatives - Measure quality of experiences through inspections of processes and systems to identify and drive improvement
In this position, you will lead a team of program managers responsible for defining, creating and managing end-to-end business validation/testing plans to ensure that business goals are met and disruption to the business is minimized during implementation of new capabilities and/or system releases. This includes leveraging a standardized test project management approach while enhancing and modifying artifacts and processes as necessary to meet the needs of the launch. You will work with project leaders to define business scenarios and determine acceptance criteria that will validate the business goals of the project(s). You will coordinate and mobilize diverse teams of business process owners and operational testers to execute testing scenarios. You will be responsible for maintaining timelines, mitigating risks and meeting compliance requirements while enabling system environments and removing testing blockers. You will be a key participant in successfully launching projects with the highest priorities of the company.
Specifically, this role will be accountable for leading the design, planning and execution of x-company quality and test plans. This role will work closely with other Operational Program Managers, Engineering leads and suppliers and drive project reviews with the appropriate cross operations leaders. This role will proactively manage the suppliers, inputs, processes, outputs and customers of the Operations Delivery Lifecycle and the cross-operations control checkpoints required for the work that flows through it.

Coordinate vendor teams and necessary third-parties in the execution of various types of testing in order to deliver high quality and successful releases
Comfortable with ambiguity and receptive to rapid iteration and continuous learning and improvement
Prioritize multiple tasks and be a self-starter with the drive and passion to work independently and collaboratively without supervision, set expectations and be dependable is expected
Develop a strong working relationship with operations engineering teams and program managers which results in increased cooperation and mutual support in achieving each other's goals
Determine underlying test needs across Ops, Finance, Tax, LLP, Supply Chain, etc. and create test plans to optimize the scenarios and minimize the testing execution activities and cost.
Mitigate risk and optimize scope, timelines and resourcing to deliver with minimal cost and optimal quality.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
5 years' minimum experience in Operations, Project Management, or Program Management experience
PMP or PMI Certifications
Deep experience in testing methodologies and/or quality assurance
3 years minimum experience of directly managing diverse teams
Applied understanding of Agile Methodology or Scrum
