POSITION OFFER:

Full time schedule - guarantees 40 working hours weekly.

Compensation: $14.00-16.00 (depending on skill set)

OPEN POSITION:

- Office Clerk/ Assistant

[Prior experience a must. Need to have prior experience with ecommerce shipping/ data entry/ basic book keeping]

SET WORK SCHEDULE:

M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm

Work Duties Include:

-Create/ printing shipping labels

-knowledge of inventory

-product knowledge

-experience with Ebay, Amazon, Wayfair, etc. management

-data entry

-customer service

-creating invoice

-minor bookkeeping

Important requirements:

-Detail oriented

-great memory

-multi-tasking

-Bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour

Experience:

  • quickbooks: 1 year (Required)
  • Office Administration: 2 years (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

License:
