Summary :
The Nurse Residency is for new graduates or current nurses seeking to change their specialty. This program includes education days and a structured clinical experience with a qualified preceptor. Current Georgia RN licensure required by March 2019. If selected, you would work full - time hours (32 to 40). This includes paid time in classroom, simulation, computer based learning and clinical hours with your preceptor(s) in the patient care area. The RN Residency training period lasts from 3 to 6 months, depending on the specialty of choice.

Gwinnett Medical Center does require a 24-month agreement.
