Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
- Verify and balance daily revenue, including room charges, food and beverage charges, and other miscellaneous charges
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial activities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
