Mid-size Purchase Order finance and factoring company located in mid-town NYC seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to help administer daily Purchase order funding and Factoring operations, for multiple clients’ accounts simultaneously.
Responsibilities and Duties
You should expect a dynamic and fast-paced working environment where you will be charged with many operations-related tasks including, following operations protocols, liaising with other divisions on cross capitalized accounts, plus interaction with vendors, clients and customers.
Operations tied to Vendor and Client Account Management
Involved with on-boarding of new clients
Drafting/confirming Orders Interact with clients daily via phone and email for funding requests Handling all aspects of a deal including; manufacturing, imports, inspections, Letters of Credit & logistics.
Qualifications and Skills
Basic Excel, Math, Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Undergraduate degree preferred but not required
Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities
