We are searching for an innovative Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our experienced team. This creative role offers an excellent opportunity to directly impact an innovative function and secure your future with an industry leader. This position is predominantly responsible for quality assurance and developing test cases on existing scripting changes to our Data Warehouse system. This position is a primary contributor in testing, debugging, documenting and analyzing changes to ETL scripts in our enterprise data warehouse. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

Primary Responsibilities:
Performs end-to-end quality assurance for various projects
Assesses, interprets, and analyzes customer needs and requirements translating these into QA test cases
Provides analytical support and expertise when compiling and developing test cases and defect reporting
Validation and support of all data collected and loaded into the Enterprise Data Warehouse for quality and consistency
Work closely with Data Warehouse operations and development teams to support overall data integrity
Lead and mentor other team members
May review the work of others and provide recommendations for improvement
Solves complex problems and develops innovation solutions

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
3 Year experience developing test cases
3 Year experience writing SQL statements within Oracle and/or SQL Server required
3 Year experience in Quality Assurance on an enterprise data warehouse level.
At least an intermediate level of proficiency working with MS Excel including formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc.
Ability to prioritize work and provide regular status updates

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Healthcare preferred
Knowledge and experience with tools such as Talend, Microstrategy and/or Tableau a plus
Knowledge of Big Data platforms and tools a plus
