The successful candidate will use their strong analytical and problem-solving skills for organizational reporting and analytics to identify and share insights on the health of the organization, identify and implement process improvements and administration of HRIS infrastructure.

In this role, you will:
Develop and produce standard organizational reporting
Conduct ad hoc and project analysis to proactively identify opportunities
Serve as a system administrator for a Learning Management System (Cornerstone) and HRIS (UltiPro)
Support and assist with projects as required, including the development and/or improvement of business processes, compensation analysis and affirmative action compliance
Collaborate with HR colleagues and other business units as a strategic thinking partner and share technical expertise

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
5+ years progressively responsible reporting and analytics work experience required with systems administration preferred. UltiPro experience a plus.
3+ years of HR experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and related professional certification a plus.
Strong understanding of data systems as well as excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Strong aptitude for critical thinking, insights and analysis.
Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
Intellectual curiosity when it comes to best practices and trends connected to Human Resources, data systems and reporting.
History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
