Position Summary:
CRI is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Lowell, Arkansas. This person will provide value-added financial planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the production and analysis of complex reports of analytic data in support of strategic and operational decision making and continuous quality and process improvement. They will conduct comprehensive data and trend analysis using the appropriate data sources and statistical and mathematical models. This person will also provide ad hoc reports and analysis to support sales and profitability initiatives.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Collaborate and communicate with executive management to define performance challenges and design performance measurement solutions to support decision making on sales and profitability
Perform cost assessments to identify and mitigate program risks
Perform a wide variety of complex financial and business analyses on monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions of financials
Responsible for supporting executive management in the preparation and analysis of project financial data and other complex contract, project, or other business-related objectives
Track, report, and interface with the operations team to develop and status schedule requirements, monitoring cost performance (labor, materials, WIP) against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met
Perform cost and profitability analysis on new vendors and clients
Support senior management by tracking project financial performance and variance budget analysis
Work to develop and track monthly forecast performance
Perform revenue and profitability forecast
Responsible to adhere to compliance requirements for applicable regulations, internal controls, and Corporate policies and procedures
Perform ad hoc analysis on an as needed basis
Execute other duties as assigned by the CFO

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting and/or Finance
Experienced in collaborating and communicating with senior level managers to define performance challenges and design performance measurement solutions to inform management decision making on sales and profitability experience in the management of financial databases involving various data sources
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modelling and/or project controls
Ability to accurately analyze financial information
Strong analytical skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Microsoft Excel intermediate level proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced MS Office skills including strong database proficiency
Masters’ degree in Accounting or Finance
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including database proficiency
Experience using MS SharePoint a plus
Prior financial and budget analysis experience in the Debt Collection industry

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience with accurately analyzing financial information
MS Office skills including strong database proficiency
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
Must work well both individually and in a team environment
High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of management
