We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to cut wood flooring samples for our store using a saw. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, capable of carrying heavy items, and have experience operating saws or similar equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut Wood Flooring Samples: Use a saw to accurately cut wood flooring into samples as per store specifications.
- Material Handling: Safely carry and transport heavy wood planks and other materials within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operate saws and other cutting equipment following safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory by organizing and storing wood samples properly.
- Quality Control: Ensure all wood samples are cut precisely and meet the required standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Experience in operating saws or similar cutting equipment.
- Ability to carry heavy items (up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]).
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with sawdust and noise.
Schedule:
- Full-time position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
