Role and Responsibilities
- Set up machine (lathe & mill) and confirm for accuracy using necessary equipment
- Set up machine parts to specification using shop machinery and equipment
- Mark and inspect parts as required
- Produce parts in a timely manner
- Maintain paperwork as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma required. Minimum one (1) year experience required. Must have good mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of set up, operation and programming of CNC lathes or mills required for CNC position.
Night Shift Schedule is 9:00 pm until 7:00 am Sunday night through Friday morning. $2.00/differential is paid for working night shift.
Day Shift Schedule is 7:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Openings for both shifts are available.
Preferred Skills
- Must be capable of producing and measuring parts machined per specification in a timely manner
- Must possess good math skills
- Must have good mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of CNC programming helpful
- Must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to come to work on time each day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
