Under general supervision of the Vice President for Institutional Research, Planning and Development, performs complex research and data management activities for the College through quantitative and qualitative information. Collects, compiles and manipulates numerical and other research data for the College. Compiles and assists in the analysis of trend data and in the preparation of narrative and visual reports based on the data. Provides assistance with institutional outcome assessments by providing support to various planning units and academic departments through data collection, analysis and reporting.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and three (3) years relevant experience. As associate's degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience.
A bachelor's degree; or an associate's degree and two (2) years work experience in data management and research functions; or high school diploma and four (4) years work experience in data management and research functions. The ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and possess the skills necessary to leverage the college's computer systems and tools. Experience in the Colleague ERP or Banner environment desirable. Experience in higher education reporting to include IPEDS, College Board, Annual Program Evaluation reports, etc. preferred.
