Currently looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager with demonstrated experience in customer service management to fill an opening in Greeneville, TN. The ideal Restaurant General Manager candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Diploma in Culinary Arts and have experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager
- Ensure each guest receives an excellent experience.
- Hire team members who have passion and ability to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure the Back of House/Kitchen controls and standards are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe & sanitary at all times.
- Interact with all guests throughout each shift.
Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager
- Culinary school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience required.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all managers, hourly team members, and guests.
