Assists ECM Leadership with projects as assigned. Recognizes potential operating and/or financial efficiencies for each project while preparing detail of work plan and schedule. Identifies and understands common issues, potential timing barriers and detail of information needed for the success of the project. Responsible for monitoring incoming application requests to ensure organization of project and swift flow of information into the credentialing process for Health System providers, including medical staff privileges, provider health plans, and clinical integration network participation, to achieve satisfaction and long-term success. Analyzes data for accuracy, maintains accurate project logs to ensure timelines are met. Recommends action or change as appropriate for assigned projects and presents findings of work to leadership in clear, concise manner with both verbal and written communication. Builds good inter-departmental relationships through culture of empowerment, cooperation, organization and collaboration.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or other related field.
Minimum of 3 years serving in a role with project management or business related experience. PC experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet changing priorities, have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
