Classification: Full-Time, Exempt

Work Days: Monday – Friday

  • Develop and maintain monthly management reports
  • Financial analysis including reviewing and comparing monthly financial statements to budget and provides insightful analysis of variances
  • Draw charts and graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate technical reports
  • Assist in the budgeting process
  • Prepare what-if scenarios when the company considers certain projects or tasks
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze plans for servicing or advancing debt
  • Cost accounting – analyzing profit and loss by project or job
  • Responsible for providing costing details and ad-hoc analysis as requested
  • Will work in cross-functional teams to improve processes throughout the organization
  • Assist Manager and CFO with other projects or duties as assigned

  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Advanced competency in Excel spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong business acumen
  • Problem solving/analysis
  • Technical capacity
  • Strategic thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
