Responsibilities:
Senior VP of Development- Behavioral Health
Oversees the Sales and Development operations and is responsible for driving new growth and revenue to the company. This includes developing and executing on a data-driven market approach, new lead generation, sales team mentorship, and partnering with key external and internal stakeholders to build, role model, innovate and deliver a high-functioning growth engine across the solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Horizon's CEO on strategy development, sales plan, and execution of plan

Lead high functioning sales and development team, with clearly defined sales strategy, plan, and structure that meets or exceeds growth goals

Continuously innovate sales strategy to align with market shifts
-
Build trusting relationships and inspire others through exemplary leadership behavior ans serve as a role model for company culture

Work collaboratively with other departments including operations staff, clinical staff, strategic analysis, and other Horizon and UHS staff
-
Achieve annual quota for new closed deals and revenue targets
-
Attend important calls with VP's, development and other members of team as needed
-
Assist team in negotiation of contracts

Assist in the development and execution of lead development strategy

Complete performance evaluations of employees supervised

Assign territories to the VP's, development and assist with sales strategies within the sales territories

Participate in monthly and quarterly business review meetings
-
Net work with industry consultants and develop Strong relationships with existing or future potential customers

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree is acceptable, with a master’s degree preferred, in business or health-related field.

Five to ten years of successful healthcare sales experience, involving services or capital equipment, to senior hospital administrators.

Effective communication, presentation and writing skills.
-
Demonstrated managerial, marketing and financial management ability.
-
Computer proficiency.
-
Behavioral health experience preferred.
-
Contract management or consulting experience preferred.
