The Human Resources Assistant under direct supervision, provides a variety of administrative support to the employment function. Provides assistance with questions from employees and customers in all areas of HR.
Minimum Education Requirement : High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or Business System preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement : Minimum of one year related Human Resources or healthcare experience preferred. Basic reading, writing and math skills normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of office equipment (fax, copier, personal computer) and routine office practices (filing, phone etiquette). Demonstrated ability to promptly respond to multiple telephone lines in a timely and professional manner, and greet visitors in a courteous manner, utilizing a high degree of customer service that generally is acquired through previous experience in a receptionist or customer service position. Proficient typing, data entry and word processing skills required. Experience with Microsoft Word, Access and other Microsoft applications. Interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively respond to questions and requests for information.
