Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives and evaluates Preventative Maintenance (PM) Work Orders through the EMCORVia system and on site personnel.
In coordination with the account leadership team, interfaces with technical staff and customer (if necessary) to clarify the tasking / scope of work requested as it is associated with PM Work Orders and follows up with corrections / status as required.
In coordination with the account team leadership, construct value stream mapping.
Ability to research, obtain and interpret manufactures maintenance recommendations and data for a wide range of facility equipment.
Using data from appropriate plant and account CMMS, create and track standard maintenance metrics to gauge the status/improvement of the applicable facility maintenance program (MTBF, MTTR, MA, PW/UPW, C/R ratios, etc.)
Interpret maintenance data & analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and or evaluation summaries In order to provide clear opportunities for program (process) improvement.
Generate reportable metrics (graphs, charts, spreadsheets, etc.) using applicable software as d Maintains work order logs for monthly reports, making changes as necessary to ensure correctness deemed necessary by the account leadership team.
Maintains filing system ensuring proper record keeping.
Performs any other duties as deemed necessary by the account leadership team.
25-35% overnight travel may be required as deemed necessary by account.
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
Ability to understand technical concepts
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
knowledge of General Computer usage, CMMS Data Software; MS Office Software with a strong emphasis on Excel and Power Point, Lotus Notes.
Experience using statistical techniques
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Lean 6Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus
