Your impact as a Solutions Delivery Business Analyst, Delivery & Deployment
As part of the Solutions Delivery Strategic Operations team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day activity and special projects support to Solutions Delivery. These day-to-day responsibilities include activities focused on managing processes to ensure that the practices are operating smoothly and efficiently, such as project coordination, implementing policies and procedures, administration of systems, and general administrative support. You will also be responsible for supporting special projects within Solutions Delivery to ensure successful completion of strategic initiatives across all practices.
All practices RTE activities (On-boarding & off-boarding / systems access, engagement open and close out tasks, support for record keeping / knowledge management, coordinating travel, misc. administrative support).
Testing-specific RTE activities (Expense approvals, timesheet management & troubleshooting, time export, PTO management, utilization bonus accruals, team support/ queries, client invoicing support).
Sales operations support (provide assistance to team with CRM queries and other ad hoc requests related to opportunities, triaging pursuit support aliases).
Support for Solutions Delivery and practice-specific initiative execution and deployment (change management activities, evaluate outcomes for adoption, misc. administrative support).
Supporting activities to manage/drive practices to core metrics (ex. maintaining data integrity in SD systems and ad hoc data gathering requests).

Demonstrated ability to execute and track record of accomplishing deliverables on time.

Experience with Oracle CRM and Professional Services a plus
