TiVo is looking for an experienced and proven Digital Ad Operations Coordinator to join our growing Advertising team. As a Digital Ad Ops Coordinator you will work with an innovative, high tech Ad Operations team who is responsible for the implementation of all advertising across our Tivo entertainment platforms and beyond.
This role is responsible for end-to-end ad operations within our network of Connected Devices and Personalized Discovery Ad Platforms. This position will be integral in establishing best practices and efficient workflows as we structure and refine our digital advertising operations. The position works closely with Ad ops, Sales Planning and Data Analytics teams as well as communicating with both sales and engineering to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a smooth and successful campaign delivery.
Provide pre-, during and post-launch coordination and inquiries including impression estimates, scheduling, campaign quality assurance, issue resolution and post-campaign confirmations.
Manage implementation of all ad operations requirements for campaigns – tracking, tagging, publisher/agency/client correspondence as needed.
Works closely with and supports the digital planning team through client preparation and publisher-side launch support.
Works closely with publishers and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Educate and guide clients / partners on best practices; proactively addressing areas where improvement is needed.
Handle a wide variety of complex situations and tasks that must be resolved in a professional and timely manner, interfacing with both external and internal clients and partners.

troubleshooting to address active field or system issues

The ideal Digital Traffic Coordinator should have:
Familiarity with iFrame, Script, static companion banners, and at least one video ad server (DFP, DFA, Google Campaign Manager, Auditude, proprietary, etc) display ad server knowledge a plus.
Ability to review, interpret and schedule advertising campaigns on a variety of platforms and in multiple scheduling systems.
Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to change.
Attention to detail, diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical and highly-motivated team player.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growh work environment, while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines.
Experience in video or cable industry a plus.
Minimum 1 year experience in online advertising as a trafficker or similar role.
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study).
Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with internal and external teams via email and phone; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality.
Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences with effective use of oral and written skills.
