Job Description:
Govplace's Director of the IDIQ PMO will be responsible for all contract vehicles, to include government reporting requirements and compliance. Reporting to the VP of Business Development. The Director, IDIQ Project Management Office will have dual responsibility of developing business for each of these programs as well as managing successful delivery and compliance. As a Director-level role, they will directly manage a small team of contracts professionals and oversee performance of matrixed resources from other departments.

  • Oversight for Prime Contract Management for the following vehicles:
o DHS FirstSource II
o GSA Schedule 70
o Others as needed
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with government PMOs and customers
  • Track subcontractors and corresponding utilization
  • Work with prime vendors for all contracts where we are a sub
  • Maintain relationships with and track performance of OEM partners and suppliers
  • Collaborate with joint venture partners and manage contracts won by JVs
  • Management and/or coordination of small staff to include:
o Program Managers
o Catalog Manager
o Matrixed finance, operations and sales personnel
  • Responsible for process and organization, management of those vehicles to include all government requirements and compliance
  • Capable of reviewing, dissecting and making recommendations on task order approaches
  • Responsible for archiving and records management
  • Attention to detail in all government compliance and reporting (oversight)
  • Business development support
o Assist with and recommend teaming approaches
o Assist in marketing Govplace's portfolio of contract vehicles
o Support partner companies interested in Govplace vehicles
o Support proposal efforts for recompetes and new contracts

Minimum required education: Associates Degree
Minimum of 10+ years of Government Contracting experience
Minimum of 3+ years of IDIQ vehicle management compliance reporting
