Our Recruiters work with all types of clients across many industries, as well as all types of levels of candidates to identify, screen, interview, present and hire qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions. This role will be within our Accounting, Finance and Human Resource division.
Full cycle recruitment for Accounting and Finance positions; Possibility to recruit on engineering and IT professionals as well
Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates
Complete reference checks and background/drug tests.
Prospect new accounts
Work across Liberty's Account Managers to identify target skill sets, key market segments, and clients’ staffing requirements.
Maintain candidate information within ATS database
Research industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.
1-3 years of relevant sales or prior recruiting experience.
Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
Strong competitive drive (former athletes have done well) and desire to succeed.
