CESP Employment Specialist
We are seeking a few talented CESP Employment Specialists to join our team! Our company serves both the OOD and DODD community. We offer NO COST to the client or employers employment and recruiting services. This is a career opportunity with plenty of advancement possibilities.
Basically, we are an employee training and employment matchmaking type agency. We help people, with special needs or situations obtain jobs. We also help companies find qualified employees at no cost to them. We can train the right candidate as long as they have the qualifications and requirements below.
You will perform activities such as training our client's job skills which lead to obtaining and retaining employment.
Screen, evaluate, and help train our clients
Shadow our clients on the job site to ensure they can properly perform their job.
Implement company culture, values, and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on helping our clients obtain jobs
Accurately maintain employee files, create client resumes and reports
Help develop relationships with local companies. Share our free employment services with them.
CESP Certification - please do not apply if you do not have this credential
OOD/ DODD Employment Experience
Knowledge of employment & HR process(s)
Ability to build rapport with employers and employees
Strong organizational skills
Fluent computer skills, office equipment and computer software skills
Understand how to use MS Office or Google Drive tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have CESP certification
A reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
No more than 5 points on your driver's license
Full-time availability Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Part-time and PRN schedules available)
First Aid / CPR - We can provide if needed
A CESP Certification will equal a higher starting wage
Normally 9am-5pm Monday- Friday. However, there are times you may have later appointments. Rarely weekends unless special situations or events.
