Multiple part-time & full-time cook positions open with Sodexo at the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse in Dulles Airport in Dulles, VA.
Cooks at the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse are responsible for preparing from scratch recipes and executing a la carte orders, customizing each dining experience to meet and exceed our resident’s expectations.

What We Expect of You:
- Fast, efficient, and able to produce a quality product in a timely manner while maintaining proper equipment and food safety procedures
- Equipped with proper uniform and hygiene standards
- Must properly label, store, and rotate food in all storage locations
- Must keep your station Neat, Clean, and Organized Gathers ingredients, equipment, and utensils before starting prep work
- Ensure consistency in recipe adherence and when executing a la carte orders.
- Uses measuring utensils properly and consistently
- Portions ingredients accurately according to recipe specifications
- Completes daily cleaning projects and uses cleaning chemicals properly
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must have or be able to pass ServSafe food manager course.
