Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting goods from our warehouse to customers in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for understanding METRC tags and Manifest, how they are generated and the importance of the documents.
· Responsible for delivering products to dispensaries in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
· Responsible for all packages and their corresponding tags being transported to and from lab.
· Responsible for knowing when deliveries are going out and who the additional driver will be.
· Responsible for cross referencing manifest with product’s back label to ensure correct item is being shipped
· Responsible for counting order and ensuring all products are there and match the product quantity on the manifest
· Responsible for checking invoice for non-cannabis items (batteries, spoons, etc.)
· Responsible for all products and additional passengers in van during deliveries.
· Responsible for any rejected products from dispensaries
· Responsible for van maintenance and cleanliness (oil change, brakes, tires, etc.)
· Responsible for credit card and collection of all receipts used during delivery.
· Responsible for filling out van fuel log and logging destination.
· Responsible for any rejected products from dispensaries
· Responsible for any cash payments received from dispensaries, filling out safe cash log.
· Responsible for reporting to Logistics Manager for any inquiries
· Must be able to follow standard procedures
· Must assist in packaging efforts if not out on the road.
· Must be able to print labels for final products.
· Must be able to understand state requirements for packaging.
· Will assist in putting orders together if not on delivery.
Skills
· High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required
· Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age
· Resident with a current valid State-issued ID/ Drivers License
· Provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
