Responsibilities
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Manager of Quality Programs, or Program Manager, Quality Data in our Regional Service Center in Plantation, FL.

This is not an Information Technology (IT) focused role.

You will manage all efforts to collect data on the quality and delivery of care for multiple clinical specialties in collaboration with the Directors of Clinical Quality Programs for all service lines. Working closely with the Director of Quality Data Management, you will manage and operationalize projects to facilitate the acquisition of quality data, work with multiple departments to ensure the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of quality data acquisition; and support all other efforts as needed to facilitate reporting of that data to key internal and external stakeholders. You will use your previous Program Management experience for process engineering and process flow monitoring. Your demonstrated health care or clinical data expertise will enable you to organize processes and spearhead data quality initiatives in partnership with stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead projects and staff to identify best practices in gathering quality data across billing platforms.
Manage all efforts to collect, manage, and report enterprise data on the quality and delivery of care across identified service lines.
In collaboration with the Director of Quality Management, you will manage and operationalize projects to facilitate the acquisition of quality data, manage data that has been gathered; and collaborate with stakeholders to generate reporting on that data and transmission of that data to key internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as the key project lead for offshore abstraction efforts.
Serve as liaison with the M&A team to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for new acquisitions with respect to quality data management.
Collaborate with Quality Services and IT staff to develop quality reporting strategies.
Identify opportunities for improvement with existing reporting.
Collaborate with Quality Service and IT staff to identify business requirements for submission of quality data to CMS as well as any private payer contracts.
Serve as point of collaboration from IT solution teams such as Inspire Quality and others.
Lead projects with in-house and third-party billing systems to update quality measures that are gathered.
Identify ways in which current processes can be improved and, in collaboration with the Director of Quality Data Management, establish best-practices for the management of quality data.

Qualifications
The following Education, Licenses and Experience are required for consideration:

Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University and 2 or more years of experience in health care or clinical data quality as detailed above; or equivalent combination of education and experienceas detailed above.
5 or more years of experience in a healthcare-related PMO role.
Strong and demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding, including ICD-9 / ICD-10 / CPT codes.
Understanding of regulatory requirements for data management and submission process.
Demonstrated expertise in process engineering, process flow, and organizing data quality processes and initiatives.
Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures.
Demonstrated proficiency designing and validating data collection instruments; the data collection and data review process; and data standardization.
Proficiency working with data dictionaries, coding and versioning.
Proficiency working with the Electronic Data Capture systems.
Experience solving complex and increasingly difficult problems, independently taking the appropriate corrective action, and identifying and implementing improvements.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively interact with personnel at all levels within and external to the Company.
Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment and flexibility; must possess effective time management and organizational skills and be able to work under deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
Able to effectively coordinate personnel, vendors, teams, and projects.
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Ability to make decisions in a rapidly growing, professional, service oriented environment.
Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VlookUps, creating own formulas, etc.)
Experience with Project Management software and with EHR systems
Basic familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Cognos, etc.
Able to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight travel across the country.
PMP preferred.
