We are currently seeking a full time experienced Call Center Level Tier 2 - HR Specialist to support one of our federal clients onsite located in Alexandria, Virginia. This position is full time and onsite. The work schedule is 1:45PM to 10:15PM, Monday through Friday.

The successful candidate for this position will provide the following tasks.
Spending a majority of time providing verbal customer service by taking Tier 2 escalated calls and electronically documenting their questions, requests and issues along with your answers;
Researching and resolving questions regarding employee payroll forms, benefit information and documents and related personnel transactions;
Coordinating responses and answers with the PP&B processing Teams and/or with agency HR representatives and employees; and
Reviewing employees' records to provide explanations for questions related to pay statements system NFC-RUMBA, system WebTA-timecards, benefits forms, and Personnel system-RPA actions and other system research.

The required qualifications for this position include:
Must enjoy being on the phone, helping customer in solving their problems and have excellent customer service skills.
Experience in Payroll processing/analysis and/or ability to answer questions regarding payroll inquiries.
Knowledge of Federal HR policies and procedures.
Technical competency with automated Personnel & Payroll Systems such as NFC and EmpowHR.
Federal HR knowledge and experience processing, researching, and coding Federal Personnel Actions.
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in written form.
Ability to meet metrics deadlines under pressure and within established timeframe.
Leadership skills desired.
Ability to use Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Must be a US citizen.
