We are seeking a talented, motivated, candidate for our Contract Recruitment Coordinator. This individual provides coordination support to the Recruitment group. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, evaluating, organizing, and processing all Human Resource information pertaining to SJM new hires. The Contract Recruitment Coordinator is the primary point of contact and provides quality customer service to internal and external customers. Impact this role will have: * Coordinates all interviews/wrap up meetings. * Manages new hire and contract requisition process. * Assists in the process administration of temporary labor. * Posts all open positions to various internet sites and associations. * Assists with creating and maintaining dashboard/metrics. * Submits new hire information to HR operations. * Work with Recruiters to coordinate miscellaneous new hire activities.
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma/GED (AA or BA/BS preferred), 2+ years of administrative assistant experience, and extensive experience with administrative work, particularly scheduling of interviews or appointments. Ability to maintain confidential information is essential. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with associates at all levels of the organization. Reliable and punctual. Well organized and extremely detail oriented. Adaptability to a frequent changing work environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, Excel, Share Point, and Power Point products and personal computer applications. Experience using multi-line phone system. The successful candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks and maintain calm under pressure; will have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be organized and thoughtful in the work process; have a positive "can do" attitude; have the ability to look at work assigned and logically assess what needs to be done in the big picture.
