Resolve ROI is currently searching for full-time qualified professionals as Medical Records Specialists who primarily will process disability, FMLA forms and medical records requests at local medical facilities.

This position looks at all levels of experience for processing disability forms and medical records in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service.

The representative must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all forms are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:

  • Previous disabilty forms, FMLA and medical records experience in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience and/or training.
  • Ability to effectively use computer software and general computer proficiency.
  • Ability to comply with company standards, policies & procedures and HIPAA regulations.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple, healthcare terminology and disability forms requests.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational skills a must.
  • Ability to work professionally, effectively, and efficiently in a team environment with customers, management and co-workers.
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively.


  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Knowledge and/or experience of disability forms required
  • High School Diploma (GED) required
  • Knowledge and experience in efficient computer and office equipment use desired
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
