OLG’s Restaurant Manageris an employee who is responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations and fiscal health of OLGincluding maintenance of revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure an efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
A minimum of 2 years, current, salaried management experience in a high- volume upscale or casual dining restaurant. Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge and guest service. Proven ability to develop team. Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution.
OLG’s Restaurant Supervisor,is an individual who plans, organizes, directs, and controls the work of the staff through management process for the attainment of results.
Other key duties include:
An OLG Bartenderis familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and can deliver quality customer service. The Bartender will be responsible for serving patrons at our bar and fulfilling drink orders for the dining room, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar, and performing alcohol inventories at the end of each night to help in maintaining proper inventory levels.
An OLG Serverplays an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. The right person will be passionate about food and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working as a Server in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.

An OLG Line Cookis an individual who can prepare meals as per our standard recipes- cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Highly committed to impeccable food presentation and garnishing, which is important for impressing our guests and creating repeat business.
DISHWASHER- No experience required (we’re willing to train)
