What You’ll Get to Do:
The individual will meet regularly with CACI business development stakeholders and the Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Growth & Communications Lead to identify and document opportunities where it would be advantageous to bid CACI’s ASF as part of the solution in a proposal for new work. The individual will work with the ASF team members to coordinate the scheduling of conference rooms and catering services as needed for in-person ASF customer interactions. The Agile Solution Factory emphasizes innovation, and looks for individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems.
Serves as an operational and documentation liaison between the ASF team and the CACI business development stakeholders regarding the future opportunities in the BD pipeline which will have ASF components to them.
Partner with ASF Growth & Communication Lead and CACI Business Development & Capture management to document ASF involvement in those effort throughout the BD lifecycle
Distribute ASF Marketing Materials as a result of queries from both CACI internal and external entities
Receive general ASF-related queries from interested parties and analyze them for needs and prioritization and then pass the appropriate information to the ASF team
Scheduling ASF-related engagements (coordinate schedules and reserve conference rooms)
Compiling content and prepare newsletters with the entire ASF team
Schedule catering for ASF-related engagements
Making travel arrangements
Reconciling Expense Reports
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a Government security clearance
College Degree (B.S) in Business, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline
Excellent communication skills in English in both written and spoken form
Willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends
Willingness to learn and work with business processes, capability needs, and business requirements
Must have the ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is also crucial.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience being a Scrum team member
Experience with purchase orders
