ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • To ensure that the customer’s invoices are created, posted, and sent to the customer accurately and timely.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Input invoices
  • Data Entry
  • Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail
  • Submit change orders and invoices though various customer portals
  • Ensure customers are billed correctly for services
  • Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries
  • Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow-up with customers for payment according to specific processes
  • Perform other duties as needed

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma or its equivalent
  • 0-3 years’ experience in the field or in a related area
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Associates in Accounting or Business related field is a plus but not required
