Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of relevant work experience in management consulting or business strategy.
Experience using quantitative and/or qualitative approaches to generate and translate insights into operational actions.
Experience working with spreadsheet software and SQL.
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience analyzing and manipulating data using SQL.
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured and fast-paced environment. Comfort dealing with ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to identify and develop multifaceted relationships that span across organizations and holistically solve key organizational challenges.

As a Strategy and Analytics Associate, you’ll work in close partnership with various teams to lead action-oriented analyses and provide regular insights, and at times reports, on performance and related trends. Projects might include applying statistical techniques to analyze organizational effectiveness, developing models to build our global resource planning model, or helping to define our technology roadmap. Above all else, you’ll focus on ensuring that our People Operations organization is well-informed and able to make thoughtful, data-driven decisions.

Work with company leadership to define, launch, and drive critical strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives around hiring.
Research and analyze key hiring growth drivers.
Leverage client-facing skills with a flexible communication style; communicate complex concepts and analytics in a structured manner.
Manage strategic initiatives on both an on-going and ad-hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global organization.
