The Recruiting Team
The Recruiting team is hiring a diverse set of hardworking people to build the future of Crunchbase!
This is a high-impact role in which you'll be leading our Recruiting team and shaping our hiring strategy for the years to come, combining a data-driven approach and a people-first mindset. The role reports to the SVP, Head of People.
What You'll Do:
Lead, inspire and develop a team including the recruiting - tech and non-tech -, recruiting ops, sourcing and employer branding functions
Develop and drive a cohesive recruiting strategy (processes, recruiting tech stack, brand, etc)
Drive decisions with Data: collect and use data to make informed decisions, drive efficiency, and communicate challenges and progress to key partners, analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to identify trends, and develop predictive analyses to optimize our work
Define success metrics for the team and individual contributors. Help define and evaluate our recruiting and sourcing metrics to continuously measure and improve team performance and candidate experience
Ensure we attract and engage a diverse talent pool. Ensure our hiring practices are inclusive and our interviewers receive adequate coaching to create a top-class experience where candidates from different backgrounds feel welcome
Partner closely with senior leadership across the organization to tackle challenges
What We're Looking For:
Experience leading a talent organization during a high growth stage with the ability to coach, empower, and develop a team
Experience recruiting for software engineering and product teams in-house
Ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization
Passionate about building diverse, values-driven teams
Strong analytical and project management skills
Proven track record to design and communicate clear processes, and an analytical yet creative approach to problem-solving
Strong bias for action and ability to lead both tactically (go deep) and strategically
Flexibility to adjust to a growing start-up environment
