Career Summary

If so, Hire Logic has the ideal career opportunity for a Creative Director to join a reputable Entertainment company and their expanding design team. Based on the needs of assigned projects, the incumbent will be responsible for the creation and/or development and execution of creative content, direction, quality, and guest experience for assigned project.

Essential Job Functions:
Lead and direct effort to conceive, develop and define all creative aspects of assigned projects that affect guest experience. (Often includes leading and encouraging early efforts to creatively explore multiple options in order to arrive at best project direction.)
Oversee and direct the execution of all applicable project elements to ensure guest experience intent and overall quality.
Act as “vision-keeper” for the project team. Communicate, inspire, and maintain project intent among all team-members.
Collaborate with Show Producer to maintain the desired creative intent. Responsible for driving the creative design through all phases of the project.
Create and present project materials to internal and external audiences to advocate and communicate project concept, content and status.
Work with the Show Producer to identify and procure talent and resources necessary to complete the project.
Act as project liaison as needed with internal and external partners, licensors, and intellectual property owners.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Responsible for directing teams of creative project personnel such as writers, artists, directors, scenic designers, media producers, programmers, graphic designers, etc.
Responsible for identifying and directing appropriate outside vendors and consultants.

Necessary Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Film/Production, or Architecture or related field.
10+ years of Projects and relevant Design experience, specifically within the entertainment/ and multi-level corporate management structures.
Thorough knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, CAD & Microsoft Office.
Possess knowledge of the process of design, development, contracting & construction.
Must be highly creative with a keen eye for environmental design + detail and working experience with thematic materials & finishes.
