Responsibilities:
Manage and establish strong business relationships with vendors.
Research vendors to identify best fit based on company needs and cost competitiveness.
Coordinate with internal Legal, Compliance and other resources for review of new vendor relationship requests, contract renewals and to ensure completion of applicable due diligence.
Review all contract terms thoroughly and work with internal Legal department to ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Identify and qualify prospective vendors.
Ensure contract terms are fulfilled relative to high quality and on-time delivery.
Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Consistently review vendor status to analyze performance metrics and trends.
Review vendor quality with Compliance and Executive Leadership on a regular basis to ensure that it meets company standards.
Accurately maintain and update documentation within each vendor file.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; five (5) additional years of experience may be substituted for degree.
Experience in RFI and RFP evaluations preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience managing several projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, contract review process, and business needs.
Ability to support and develop strong business relationships with both vendors and staff.
Highly motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to contribute to a team atmosphere and build morale, and facilitate group commitments to goals and objectives. This individual is able to support everyone’s efforts to succeed and will also gain the trust of others, work ethically and uphold organizational values.
