Candidate needs to have computer and phone experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Also needs to be detailed oriented and come to work every day. We are looking for someone who is a team player with a positive attitude. Someone who can create tickets, schedule jobs, and communicate very well.
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following:

Work within the policies and procedures of Parrish and Company and take on other duties as assigned.

Handle all paperwork and inside functions for builder salesperson, including, but not limited to, quotes, tickets, and purchase orders. Use quotes for accuracy and speed when creating repetitive tickets.

Prioritize items that need attention on a constant basis.
-
Build respect and trust from your customers and co-workers by being honest in representing the Company. Do not commit to anything you cannot make happen.

Be detail oriented and work diligently at keeping your paperwork in order daily.

Always return your phone calls, especially if you have to handle a problem.

Be flexible and cooperative in the work you are assigned to perform.

Take pride in your Company, facility, and work.

Be able to fax, e-mail, or mail any information a customer may need about a product we are offering them. Be familiar with all of our products.

Handle contacts with salespersons and customers from the field and in the office. Be ready to stand in for the salesperson when needed.

Take scheduling information and be able to turn it into work orders or installation tickets and be able to put them in the schedule.

Be prepared to answer questions about all products your salesperson sells.

Create estimates with information taken over the phone and send them to the customer.

Be available for training when Parrish and Company or its vendors offer it.

Verify all Po’s receipts to our plans and clarify any problems before the work orders are printed, or the work is scheduled.

Maintain contact with the salesperson on the phone.

Maintain a daily schedule for you and your salesperson, so you will always know what the other is working on.

Must be proficient in current Microsoft Office platforms of Word, Excel, and Power Point and have good computer skills. Learn the Parrish inventory and sales computer system and navigate it efficiently and effectively.
