General Functions: The person in this role will have good clerical and keyboard skills and will perform a range of general clerical, accounting and purchasing support functions


  • Process Accounts Payable
  • Process Billing
  • Responsible for Collections
  • Maintain Accounting records
  • Assist Controller with other projects
  • Perform general administrative tasks


  • Assist Purchasing Manager in processing Purchase Orders
  • Prepare daily purchasing reports
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Follow up on existing orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure we are always getting best products at best prices
  • Perform other purchasing support tasks, as requested by the Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, administrative, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines, productivity, dependability, accuracy, attention to detail
  • PC proficiency
  • Proactive with a sense of urgency
