Merger and Acquisition firm looking for a business writer who has experience writing marketing documents, including case studies. The ideal candidate should be able to write a compelling story about a client in which we have successfully sold his/her business. These would be 1-2 pages each.
· Must have proven experience writing business marketing documents.
· Must have business acumen and have basic understand of the M&A process.
· Must be able to take basic deal data, comments from the advisor(s) and client comments to tell a story that is interesting compelling and above all highlights the quality, experience, and processes of our organization. In some cases, you may be asked to interview the client directly.
