Responsible for the supervision, management and oversight of all Jefferson Center adult residential facilities (Jewell Place, Inn Between, Hilltop and Karen’s House) and for supervision/management of Alternative Care Facilities (ACFs) Case Management/Nursing Home Case Management Teams. Direct supervision of Coordinator of Nursing Home/ACF Team and of Coordinator of Residential Programs/Services. Direct supervision of the Family Care Program; direct oversight of certification paperwork (27-65) for Office of Behavioral Health.

Clinical, programmatic and administrative duties for all residential programs
Direct supervision of Coordinator of Residential Services, Residential staff, Coordinator and Case Managers of ACF/Nursing Home Team
Oversight of Family Care program staff/consumers/services
Annual reporting as requested for all programs (OBH, Health Dept., FRHP, etc.)
Facilitate team meetings
Complete annual performance evaluations of assigned staff
Hire new staff, train new and existing staff
Ensure Department of Health regulations are met at each facility, including cleanliness and safety. Participate in Department of Health inspection and audits. Respond to audits with written plans as indicated
Monthly oversight and review of 27-65 caseload, documentation and participate in annual OBH Site Review of certified charts audited
24 hour availability to residential staff for emergency situations, shared with the designated residential staff
Participation in Hospital Review to assist with discharge planning process
Coordinate referrals for all programs, maintain census/caseloads, communicate any changes to appropriate clinical/support staff
Track and monitor data/outcomes for programs and report to Executive Management as scheduled
Attend mandatory in-services, compliance with individualized training plan if required
Participate in supervision by coming prepared with agenda. Report high/risk problem cases, and utilize a problem solving approach as well as feedback
Attend supervision on times and intervals agreed upon with supervisor
Submit 90% of all SRFs/Progress-to-Date forms within 3 working days
Exhibit enthusiasm, courtesy, adaptability, flexibility, and spirit of cooperation in the work environment
Maintain effective interpersonal relations with consumers, peers, subordinates, upper management, visitors and the general public
Effectively respond to client/consumer needs and problems, initiate and maintain positive interactions, timely response to phone calls, email and other requests
Ensure staff adheres to Center performance standards; utilize data as defined by Executive Management Staff

Other Duties:
Participate in assigned work groups/committees including team meetings, Intensive Network Managers meetings, Hospital Review and Nursing Home/ACF meetings/trainings
Preparation of annual budget for residential programs/services
Annual training of Nursing Home Staff per OBH and State of Colorado standards
Annual training for community ACF staff as indicated/appropriate
Regularly scheduled meetings of Family Care Providers
Assist Jefferson Center Development Department in grant applications and reporting as requested
Maintain communication and links with other Jefferson Center programs/departments, e.g. Access, Inpatient, Outpatient, Marketing, etc.
Master's Degree in counseling, psychology or related field, plus one to two years relate experience and/or training
Licensure required
CAC II or III preferred, not required
Computer skills required (Excel; Word; email; etc.)
Bilingual helpful, but not required
