Minimum Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- Minimum of three (3) years of intelligence experience within special operations command at the operational level
- Experience with Operational Level of Warfare: planning and execution of campaigns and major operations using operational art to achieve military objectives
- Experience in planning, implementing, and overseeing large-scale transition of no less than 100 personnel within the DoD or equivalent government agencies
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in management or a closely related discipline
- Eight (8) or more years supporting US special operations intelligence disciplines
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transition plans: Ensure a seamless transition of services, staffing, work-in-progress, and management stand-up functions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders: Identify, schedule, negotiate, and complete all contract transition requirements from the incumbent.
- Lead and manage the transition team: Provide direction and oversight to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
