12 years of experience in tech in Strategy, GTM Strategy, Program Management, Product Management, or Management Consulting.
5 years of experience in Cloud technologies in Sales/ GTM, Business Development and/or Product Management.
Experience as a people manager.
Advanced degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
15 years of experience in tech in Strategy, GTM Strategy, Program Management, Product Management, or Management Consulting.
7 years of experience in Cloud technologies.

Cloud's GTM Strategy organization ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, provides metrics-driven business critical insights, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. This team stays focused on aligning the highest-level Cloud priorities with strong day-to-day operational rigor, and helps evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As the Director of Google Cloud GTM Strategy you will be a critical thought leader and partner, helping to shape and define the GTM strategy for Google Cloud products and gain alignment across the team. You will use your leadership skills, business acumen and creativity to drive better business decisions, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and various Sales teams to lead the GTM design, ensure execution, and manage strategic GTM projects across the Google Cloud product portfolio.

Collaborate closely with Google Cloud Product, Product Marketing and Cloud Sales Leadership, serving as a key cross-functional representative and go-to person on all things related to Google Cloud strategy.
Shape product GTM choices and direction through market analyses, opportunity assessments, business cases, customer targeting, sales motions, partner motions, sales plays and sales acceleration programs, and key input into compensation/incentive design.
Work with Google Cloud Product Leadership to define metrics and develop analytics, reporting, and dashboards around Sales and GTM execution. Deliver insights and recommendations from Cloud Sales that inform product management discussions and decisions.
Participate in and lead global sales initiatives as appropriate, ensuring effective execution and tracking and feeding insights back into overall strategies. Lead and project manage global Google Cloud GTM projects within, and across, teams in Google Cloud.
