Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager for an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Support Services engagement supporting the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) for a federal agency. The Project Manager is responsible to plan, evaluate, and execute the implementation of ERM for the agency and meet the requirements set forth in OMB Circular A-123. The Project Manager will lead the effort to develop an ERM Program Implementation Roadmap and "Risk Profiles" for the customer.
Identify areas of greatest concerns and needs, thus providing corrective actions to integrate ERM with Internal Controls.
Interview agency senior leadership and executives to find strengths and weaknesses in the current ERM models, documents, and frameworks.
Develop ERM Program Implementation Roadmap and Maturity Model.
Develop awareness and communications briefing for senior leadership and executives.
Review, assess, and make the necessary updates to the existing draft ERM Policy Framework governance document, taking into consideration the maturity level of the customer with ERM.
Develop charters for the Enterprise Risk Management Committees (ERMC) and ERM working groups.
Develop and document discussion briefing to assist the agency to establish "Risk Profiles" and document and track them.
Facilitate a formal process for identifying, assessing, prioritizing, responding to, and monitoring enterprise risks.
Assess the customer's ERM maturity based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Work with the Office of Information Technology (OCIO) and stakeholders to develop reporting and tracking capabilities, and tools for enterprise risk.
Assess and increase maturity of processes and capabilities of the ERM Program and provide recommendations.
Facilitate the integration of ERM with Internal Controls.
Assist in the integration of ERM with the Strategic Plan.
Provide overall management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of the contract.
Make decisions for the contractor's organization and respond to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government of potential contractual or programmatic issues.
5+ years of experience managing projects with risk management, internal controls, and OMB Circular A-123 Management's Responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control, Appendix A-D.
A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience briefing executive level leadership and coordinating program efforts at a senior management level within and external to the organization.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Must be US Citizen.
