PURPOSE
The purpose of this job is to serve our members, customers and co-workers.
SUMMARY
This position will own the Salesforce ecosystem and will be responsible for configuration, support, and maintenance. The role will have in-depth understanding of all customizations, monitor system performance, and ensure proper release management. Additionally, this role will ensure that system configurations, licensing, security model, data management practices, and staff training meet ACHE needs.
ACHE is a hybrid work environment, requiring 2 days per week in our Chicago loop office.

JOB FUNCTIONS
- Administrator Activities 80% of Time
- Manage Salesforce ecosystem providing technical support and configuration.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Business Analyst and other staff in reviewing business requirements, delivery approaches, and recommending solutions.
- Establish and maintain administrative, development, and change management processes.
- Implement Salesforce administrative functions including managing database fields and relationships, page layouts, workflows, and system settings.
- Manage user on-boarding and off-boarding activities, create/manage/assign permission sets, create/manage/assign roles, create/manage security groups.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Develop and manage all integrations utilizing Mulesoft to ensure communication between Salesforce and other systems, applications, or software.
- Support testing and deployment of changes from Sandbox and Production environments.
- Document and maintain system architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, and technical documentation.
- Administrative 15% of Time
- Provide administrative support for project and operational related functions for the IT Department.
- Provide technical support and performs project control functions throughout project.
- Other Duties, as assigned 5% of time
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
- 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Must be adept at documenting requirements, tracking changes, and providing timely updates.
- Must be self-motivated and detailed oriented.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong customer service orientation.
- Must have strong team orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
