Responsibilities:
This role will be a key contributor to each experience our Leadership Institute team deploys, and will coordinate our programs and initiatives through an organized and agile approach to project and task management. S/He will become a program owner for a specific course or courses, and will see the programs through from inception to execution, measurement, and sustainability. We need a leadership development specialist who has the following capabilities and experiences:

Leadership development program coordination, design/development and facilitation experience.
Utilization of design thinking to create amazing leadership development experiences.
Understanding of the leadership pipeline concept and creating leadership development for a wide breadth and depth of managers and leaders.
Experience creating great experiences for internal customers.
Project management capabilities.
Facilitation of professional development skills (custom or off the shelf).
Curriculum development skills.
Creation of creative PowerPoints and Word documents for program participants.
Handling all aspects of program logistics before, during and after program.
Communicating with program participants.
Ability to pull reports and customize the information to the needs of the requestor.
Working with facilities (on site or hotel) for program set up and logistics.
Can create standard operating procedures and communicate those across the team.

Key Accountabilities:
The Leadership Development Specialist will be accountable for the following:

Designing/developing, facilitating and coordinating leadership development experiences.
Utilizing design thinking concepts and agile methodology when designing new or updated leadership development experiences.
Becoming a deep specialist in course or courses assigned.
Maintaining measurement data for each assigned course, understanding and being able to report out on the data.
Measuring the NPS score, amongst other measurements, for assigned courses. Look for ways to continuously improve programs for the best customer experience possible.
Curating content and setting up experiences in modern digital course tools.
Facilitating various professional & leadership development programs.
Teaming & collaborating across Talent Development and HR.
Taking ownership over specific assigned tasks and projects.
Working with the NCRU shared services team to ensure assigned content is coordinated and tracked appropriately.
Pulling down reports from NCRU to track learning participation and evaluations.
Creating evaluations as needed in various tools.
Other projects and tasks as requested/desired.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree required.
3-5 years of experience coordinating Talent and Leadership Development programs and initiatives.
Intermediate MS Office Skills
LMS experience
Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
Demonstrated ability to create project plans.
Have an innovative, creative and growth mindset.
Professional presence to credibly and confidently work with participants and across the Talent Development team.
Learning experience program planning.
Program coordination experience.
Facilitation/presentation skills.
Travel requirements may be up to 25% (domestic & international)

Preferred qualifications:
Certification or advanced courses in project management, MS Office or other frequently used talent development applications.
Certified to facilitate Franklin Covey 7Habits and Speed of Trust.
Certified to facilitate Civil Treatment for Leaders.
Certified to facilitate DiSC and EQ.
Experience with area(s) within Talent Development & Talent Management (Performance Management, Management/Leadership Development, Learning, Onboarding) is a plus.
