We are currently seeking an AVP, Director of Agile Delivery, to execute strategy and improve agile practices within our product delivery teams. The selected individual will help lead our continued Agile transformation across the organization and drive adoption of Agile methods, processes, and metrics at the individual and team level. Other responsibilities will include the following:

Coach, teach and guide individuals, teams, and leaders on Agile principles, practices and frameworks in order to deliver high value business solutions and help drive organizational adoption
Serve as a change agent, trainer, and mentor for team members, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and partners.
Observe program and team activities (e.g., sprint, release and roadmap planning) and provide constructive feedback to teams and leads.
Mentor on value delivery, decision-making, transparency, predictability, and success
Act as mentor to other Agile coaches and junior Agile coaches for Agile and Lean practices
Implement and demonstrate tools, transformation drivers, goals, priorities, and metrics with internal partners and the Agile coaching team.
Support, coach, and help mature the Agile coaching team.

Qualifications:
2-3 management experience
3-4 years of experience in agile project delivery as well as prior experience of 4+ years as a coach or Agile evangelist
Depth of knowledge and experience with scaling framework (e.g. Scrum@Scale, SAFe) including all roles, and practices within the framework
Strong knowledge and background with Lean- Agile methods including proven results
Experience in change management
Ability to coach cross-functional teams
Ability to operate autonomously
Ability to assess and communicate progress against the transformation roadmap
Commit to continuous learning
Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and integrity
