PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: We are looking for an Outside Sales Rep to help us expand in the Atlanta market to residential and commercial clients.
This is a Small Salary + Commission job. The commission is run at 25% of profit starting with the deposit so you will be paid right away.
As a key member of Sunbelt Team help create and maintain a culture that fosters teamwork, accountability and a “company first” mentality. Design repeatable systems that remove as many variables as possible from the Sunbelt processes. Make it a Sunbelt practice to under promise and over delivery to both clients and associates. Promote and use Spositive productive communication to clients and associates.
Specifically, this position is expected to generate $500,000- $1.5M+ annual profitable new sales for Sunbelt using Sunbelt policies, procedures, products, programs, and services. Further anticipated that position will ensure Sunbelt delivers clients an extraordinarily professional, high quality, and pleasant experience. Thus, Sunbelt clients will recommend Sunbelt to friends, family and business associates that will help keep the company’s sales pipeline full with referrals which is positive for the company, and all stakeholders.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITES:
- Prospecting, including but not limited to home owners, builders, designers, architects etc.
- Explore new markets/services with Sunbelt’s owner
- Responding to client/potential client inquirers
- Designing system & preparing quotations
*Accurately pricing, negotiating, & closing with vendors/suppliers and clients
*Preparing final agreements for signatures
*Scheduling installation (coordinating with clients, vendors, & Sunbelts Team)
*Managing installation on schedule & within budget
*Ensure positive experience for clients and Sunbelt Associates
*Verify work orders processed timely & accurately (parts and labor)
*Walk through (s) with clients and Sunbelt technicians/operations
*Ensuring “signed” client change orders in advance of work
*Coordinate timely/accurate client invoicing & A/R collections
*Post installation client follow up to verify continued satisfaction
*Interact with technicians & operation team members to evaluate work quality
*Participate as needed in regular ride-along (s) providing appropriate feedback
*Help maintain orderly well stocked showroom
*Perform other duties as assigned
