We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to be part of our Talent Acquisition team. Due to growth in the business, this person will own specific business segments. They help lead internal recruitment activities with a strong emphasis on identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent in the market. This role requires the individual to develop and maintain strong relationships with Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents of each specific business. As well as the sourcing of quality candidates with a particular focus on direct hiring.

Our ideal candidate will have 5 years + experience hiring talent - Ideally with experience hiring Cleared candidates.

What will this role include:
  • Develop strong relationships with Managers and other key internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with managers on Resource Planning
  • Be the subject matter expert in sales hiring
  • Attend and lead regular update meetings with senior management
  • Provide timely follow up to all Recruitment queries and escalations
  • Source candidates through direct sources
  • Champion and promote the Employee Referral scheme internally
  • Locate, advocate & attend networking events
  • Maintain a strong personal network of pipeline candidates
  • Screen, interview and shortlist candidates
  • Meet or overachieve direct hiring targets
  • Keep accurate and up to date records in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
  • Provide accurate reporting to the wider HR Team and Hiring Managers
  • Lead the requisition and offer approval processes
  • Arrange interviews and offers
  • Advise and coach internal stakeholders around recruitment best practices
  • Maintain excellent levels of customer service, both with managers internally and candidates externally
Experience we will be looking for on your resume:
  • 5 years + experience hiring talent
  • Experience of managing the recruitment process, and building business relationships, both locally and remotely
  • Experience hiring Cleared candidates (preferred)
  • Strong sourcing ability
  • Previous experience using Workday as an ATS system would be very beneficial
  • PC literate with good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum
  • Excellent relationship management experience
  • A proven record of accomplishment of direct sourcing and candidate networking
  • Process driven with an excellent eye for detail
  • Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
