We are currently searching for a Part-Time Healthcare Recruiting Associate to join our Human Resources team at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte. This position will be scheduled for 20 hours per a week and eligible for benefits.
This position is mostly remote but must be able to travel onsite as needed or requested.
The Recruiting Associate is responsible for assisting in recruitment function throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the supporting the recruiters with the implementation of recruiting plans, sourcing strategies and reporting of recruiting outcomes. Duties may include:

Assist the recruiting team with overall recruiting goals; including data tracking and reporting.

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Assist with preparation for and completion of New Hire Orientation.

Consult with all hiring-manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and uses that understanding to help screen candidates.

Suggest improvements to recruitment processes, included but not limited to, initial intake, design of career site, onboarding and full candidate experience.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ experience with a High School diploma/GED.

1-3 years recruitment experience, preferably in Healthcare Industry, preferred
